The United States is facing a serious shortage of cardiologists. With the aging population requiring cardiovascular care, in combination with a graying and retiring cardiology workforce, access to care in the coming decades will become a major problem unless actions are taken now to grow the cardiovascular workforce to a level that will meet future demands.

Your help is needed! The Women in Cardiology Section created brochures geared towards medical students and residents interested in the field of cardiology. These brochures can be used by you to help recruit women into the field of cardiology. We need your help to get them into the hands of IM Program Directors at your institution.
